For the past three years Peterson of Dublin has come out with a limited edition Special Reserve Blend. All have been “exotic” aromatics and all have been enthusiastically received. The 2010 does not disapoint and I would encourage you to check it out before it is gone.
For the non-aromatic smokers, think of it like one of those fancy flavored martinis!
Good Luck,

I have an unusual question for the Pipe Guru. My step-father recently bought me a new pipe for christmas, and with it there was a small cardboard tube full of Meerschaum fragments, no bigger than 1/8 of an inch. My question to you is this. What in the world do i do with them, and why??
These small crystals are moisture absorbers. They used to be popular and were distributed by Dunhill and CAO. You can take a couple of these crystals and place them in the bottom of your bowl and then pack your tobacco on top of them. Any moisture created from the smoke would be absorbed by the crystals. You could give this a try, but I don’t think it is all that important.
Good Luck!

I am brand new at pipe smoking. I have always smoked cigars. My wife bought me a beautiful savinelli and actually allows me to smoke in the house. My question is are there any tobaccos that can give me that relaxing almost buzz effect that I get from good cigars.
